Return conditions

You may request a return within 7 days of receipt, provided the cloth is in its original condition, uncut and unwashed.

Cut fabrics

We are unable to accept returns on fabric cut to a special request, except where there is a manufacturing defect.

How refunds are made

The amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Manufacturing defects

Where there is a manufacturing defect we cover the full cost of return and either refund you immediately or replace the cloth, as you prefer.
